Summary: Everything was on point! Very clean and new. I loved the minimal modern decor. Its perfect for single travelers or couples. Felicia was was a spectacular host. She went above and beyond. At one point power went out in the middle of the night and she was ON IT. Generator was turned on as soon as it happened. At one point there was a temporary Wi-Fi outage (typical on Caribbean islands) Felicia offered me dinner and use of WiFi at her place of employment nearby when it was not necessary. The property is literally 8 min from airport. There is private parking aswell. The neighbor is super quiet and the neighbors very friendly. I would def come back. THANK YOU FELICIA!

Summary: Felicia was great and the property was perfect. Didn’t want to stay in the city as I was exploring the surrounding islands and PR. 15 mins drive from the airport, 5-6 mins wait for an Uber and there’s a gym 10-15 mins walk for less than $6/day (A&A gym) don’t go to HCAO, con artists! This place would be good for couples or small families. Neighbourhood is safe too. Thank you Felicia, super responsive and great host

Summary: I loved everything about the place. It was updated and had enough space for 4 if you need it. It served its purpose and the airport was really close. Would stay here again. The owner responded immediately and send me the information needed prior to even checking in. Highly recommended.

Summary: Felicia the property owner was wonderful if I needed anything she was just a phone call away. The place looked just like the pictures cleaned and sanitized. I highly recommend this vacation house again my next trip to Puerto Rico.
